Family, friends celebrate Oyedepo’s son at 40.

 


It was a memorable day for Pastor David Oyedepo (Jnr.), the first son of the president of Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel),  Bishop David Oyedepo, as he turned 40 years old on June 1, 2023.


The younger Oyedepo, who was the former European Regional Pastor of the church, wrote on Instagram, “To my Father in heaven, who has enabled me to see my 40th year in sound health, spirit, soul and body, I say thank you. The glory is all yours.”



Celebrating him, his wife, Kemi, also made a post on Instagram, writing, “This man of honour is 40 today and I refuse to keep calm. PDO, you are light. Your life of simplicity and humility keeps me drawn to you. (I am) praying that the peace and rest you have brought into my life and our home will be your portion forever.




“(I am) praying that you remain a worthy example to our generation. For keeping him alive and well, full of strength to see this new phase of his life, Abba Father, we say thank you.”


On her part, the birthday boy’s mother, Faith Oyedepo, wrote, “Happy 40th birthday to my beloved son and our resident pastor at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland. Welcome to your promised land. Only forward and higher is your portion forever. Receive fresh grace for greater impact in Jesus name.”



Popular athlete, Ese Brume; singer, Bunmi Sunkanmi; and politician, Deji Adeyanju, were some of the other people that extended well-wishes to Oyedepo.
